As Operations Manager for the Bentonville Film Festival, this is the second year I have worked with Ben and Spencer for our rental equipment and power needs. Both are professional, responsive and a pleasure with which to work. Ben ensures the rental equipment (forklifts, scissorlifts, reach forklifts, etc.) arrive on time and in excellent working order. Personnel delivering/picking up the equipment are quick and efficient and ensure you have everything upon delivery. Spencer takes my festival layout and develops a site plan to meet all my power needs as efficiently as possible and ensure generators and cable are discreet. He is hands on with his team who work hard in all weather conditions so we are ready to go on schedule. I can not say enough the Hugg & Hall team who make my job easy.

Preston Williams goes the extra mile. To provide one example (out of many) Preston was on my project with me at 9:00pm one night, setting up heaters. It was critical to keep the suspended decking warm during an unexpected freeze. Preston went above and beyond. He was even helping seal up the exterior wall openings to contain the heat. From that day forward, when I or any of my contractors need anything, I send them directly to Preston. If I was able to make it mandatory for my team to only use Hugg & Hall equipment, I most certainly would because of Preston's hard work and dedication.

In management we often get to tell people exactly where they aren’t measuring up, so it’s refreshing to share how Cliff Woods continues to exceed our expectations. Prior to our relationship, we had multiple units down around the site, lack of parts, and long lead time for repairs. Now we have all units operational, a Preventative Maintenance schedule, parts on standby, and less than few hours turn time for repairs. Cliff is one of the best workers on our site and a very valuable member of our team. He has exceeded my expectations and is a daily reminder of the value of our SNF/Hugg & Hall relationship. We appreciate his commitment to excellence!

Paul McDonald is what companies and managers dream of hiring every time. We have enough equipment to keep Paul here quite often, and sometimes he works after-hours. He treats our equipment like it was his own and he's always willing to help. If we haven't had any downtime, he still calls to check and see if everything is running smoothly. We have been blessed to experience great customer service firsthand. Paul is not only your coworker: he's ours as well.

This is a short note to follow up on the recent Cyclocross World Cup event at Centennial Park earlier this month. Most people didn’t think about power, light towers and lifts. That’s actually good, because it means the Hugg & Hall service and products were top notch. We certainly noticed all the generators and distribution you put out, we noticed the scissor lift, telehandler and light towers working flawlessly for a week. We noticed a utility golf cart that worked great, and was fixed in 10 minutes when it didn’t. And most of all, we noticed all of the Hugg & Hall team working tirelessly with us in lousy conditions to create solutions for everything we threw at you. The Hugg & Hall team was truly exceptional in working with our team and in summary, we could not have done it without them. We sincerely thank you for a job well done!

Hugg & Hall provided our agency with exemplary service during our most recent food distribution. We distributed over over 9000 boxes of food to families and individuals throughout Arkansas. Hugg & Hall provided our agency with forklifts at the majority of our distribution sites and they were such a huge help. We were able to move thousands of pounds of food easily and safely, making the process of packing and distributing the boxes so much quicker. We are so appreciative of Hugg & Hall for everything they did for us! If you have to do anything similar, be sure to get in contact with them!

Our company had to pull and reinstall some leaking windows on a second floor. Per Nick Sewell's opinion we rented a 30' MEC rough terrain lift, due to the landscape we were dealing with. The lift performed exactly the way Nick described. We were 1/2 on concrete 1/2 on grass and the terrain had a slope away from building. Once we were in position, we were off level, but with the flip of a toggle we were on a level platform. The lift was great and will be using it again for future projects. Thank you to Nick and all the Hugg and Hall team for the help with this project!

We had an issue with our yard dog truck that we have rented from you guys. I contacted James Johnson that I needed a service tech to come take a look at it for us. Within a couple hours the service tech was here checking out our issue. He took pictures of all the problems and is ordering the parts to have them resolved. I really appreciate the quick response from everyone involved. You guys get an A+ rating in my book!

I wanted to thank Hugg & Hall for the excellent customer service you have provided PPG Little Rock. I feel that your company ethics and standards are above most service providers in the area. We have had less down time and better service in a timely manner than we have received in the past five years with other service companies. Usually there is a learning curve when changing service providers but this has been very smooth. Curtis White, Steve Morgan, Paul Holt and Mark West have been responsive, professional and timely on the service they have provided us. Hugg & Hall seems to understand the material handling business better than the rest!

I would like to take a moment to say thank you to all that were involved with the frame repairs on all three of our Taylor machines. The shop guys working with Wes Clark made a thought out, smooth, repair process with great communication from beginning to end. The truck driver also did a great job with on time delivery. Everyone worked very hard to make sure there was nothing but satisfaction all the way around. We look forward to doing business with Hugg & Hall for a very long time.

Hugg & Hall was right on time for us at Pull-A-Part, we have a Sellick s80 that was down for a few days which caused a real back up in my yard, I called Hugg & Hall to rent their Sellick s100 to get us back on track. I spoke with Casey in the rental department and he was swift and prompt with all the information I needed to get the Sellick ordered and delivered. To my surprise, the following day the Sellick beat me to work, it got here and has been getting the job done ever since. They are great and the price was very REASONABLE, I’ll refer them to anyone who needs equipment in the future and will be dealing with them any time we’re in need.

There are employees that work hard daily who may not get an “atta-boy”, “great job” or an “I appreciate you”. I wanted to make sure Brandon Brantley knew we appreciated him and that he did a great job. While delivering our Toyota forklift, Brandon was nice, respectful and assured me that Hugg & Hall really appreciated our business. I enjoy doing business with companies that value the customer…such as Hugg & Hall.

I wanted to give you some feedback that normally goes unspoken. When your employees go above and beyond, it's essential to make sure they know you see and appreciate their efforts. I spoke with Chris Tumey, your delivery driver, this morning when he called to verify and confirm the drop off point for the backhoe and I was amazed at his politeness. He made sure it was getting delivered at the correct address and that he and Hugg & Hall appreciated our business. I could tell that Chris loves his job and the company he works for and that as you know is very hard to find.

Thanks for all the attention on the delivery of our Taylor X-200 forklift. Taylor does not disappoint as I’ve have been running Taylor equipment for 20+ years in the hardwood industry. I wanted to reach out to your team and thank you for the continued customer service. I received a text message from Kevin Dye late yesterday evening confirming our rental equipment’s delivery time and location. He then followed back up with me to confirm that the lift had been delivered and was within the expected time requested. This is not the first time that I have recognized this, but I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. I’d just like to take a moment to say thank you for your prompt response when we had some technical issues with the Haulotte lift we rented. I really appreciate all the help you have given us in OKC. I feel Josh went above and beyond to try to get us up and running. He realized the situation and made all the necessary calls while also following all of our safety protocols and was very cognizant of pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

The dust has finally settled on the 59th Annual Poultry Festival and I didn’t want another day to go by without saying thank you.
