Employee Spotlight: Enrique Cadiere, Field Service Manager

Enrique Cadiere, or Henry to most, was hired at Arkla Taylor 19 years ago.

“[I] started out as a heavy tech and through the years volunteered for any training that was available. I figured that with more training the better it would help me in the field,” he said.

Hugg & Hall purchased Arkla Taylor, a dealer for Taylor Machine Works in Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma in 2011. During that, we acquired Arkla Taylor employees like Henry who decided to stay on as a Field Service Manager.

He credits Hugg & Hall giving him, and everyone, the opportunity to get any training needed. He also enjoys working with [the] good people, some of the best in the business.

“Whenever I pull up to a job site fully trained and have confidence on the repairs I’m about to perform and being able to explain to the customer what the issue was and how they can keep it from happening again, is what I like about my job.”

Henry still has a special place in his heart for Taylor

“I like the Taylor brand, that’s where I started, and I would recommend [that brand] to everyone because they are built to last,” he said. “The factory is [only] a couple hours away and they hate having one of their units down just as much as the customer, so the tech support is top notch.”

Outside of work, you can probably find Henry riding motorcycles and ATV’s, going camping, fishing and hunting as well taking trips with his wife to visit his two kids who live out of state.
