An Oklahoma native who grew up in Spencer, Jaron has tons of knowledge about the surrounding area and industries. He’s happy to help you find the parts you need!

Jaron started with Hugg & Hall for three-and-a-half years ago. During that time, he’s become a local favorite, and he’s one of our most-commonly-requested Parts associates companywide! And it’s clear why: Jaron’s always happy to lend a hand, even if it means extra research to find the right part for your machine. Larry Denson, Parts Operations Manager, says,

“Jaron is a key member of our OKC parts team who consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and dedication throughout the workday. One of Jaron’s standout qualities is his ability to remain calm in high-pressure or tense situations. His steady, even-keeled approach helps maintain a positive environment and ensures that both customers and team members receive the support they need.

“Jaron has naturally taken on a leadership role within the parts room. His reliability and team-first mindset make him one of our go-to individuals, and his positive attitude and dedication make him a great asset to the team.”

As a Parts Specialist, Jaron is responsible for assisting with internal and external requests. “My primary duties are to identify and supply the correct parts for both customer and technicians. I learn something new about equipment parts every day.”

Jaron’s favorite thing about working here is his coworkers; he says “we have a really good group here in OKC.” He’s modest and compliments them above himself. In fact, his favorite memory at Hugg & Hall was seeing a fellow coworker, Rick Howell, be recognized during his retirement party. “Seeing him get his flowers, and how emotional Larry got, made an impact.”

Outside of work, Jaron is still a leader.

Though he’s a private person, Jaron did let us in on a secret: he’s a coach! He said, “Outside of work, all I do is coach basketball. I run an AAU [Amateur Athletic Union] basketball program, and it takes up all my time.”
