Meet Ryan Roberts, our Heavy Field Service Technician in Oklahoma City!
As a Heavy Field Service Technician, Ryan travels around the state and repairs heavy machinery and equipment. He has been with Hugg & Hall for five years.
Ryan is Taylor Level II certified, meaning he has completed Taylor Machine Works training for Hydraulics and TICS (Taylor Integrated Control System). One of his favorite experiences with Hugg & Hall was the opportunity to go to Mississippi for Taylor school, where he also got to meet with employees from other branches.
Ryan’s favorite part of his job is doing diagnostics. He loves “meeting customers on site to repair their equipment efficiently and correctly, and the complex issues that I get to diagnose and repair.” He loves getting to meet and build relationships with customers all over Oklahoma. 
He’s an Oklahoma native who returned to his home state after college to be closer to family. Outside of work, he helps out with his family’s farm. The farm has been operating in his family since the Oklahoma Land Run. He enjoys spending time with his family, working on vehicles, hunting, fishing, and “just being outdoors.”
