Hugg & Hall Announces Acquisition of RPM Services & Rentals, L.L.C.

Hugg & Hall Acquires RPM to Provide Full Line of Equipment Needs to Southern Louisiana

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS Hugg & Hall Equipment Company, a leading industrial and construction equipment provider in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri, today announced the acquisition of RPM Services & Rentals, L.L.C., one of the largest independent equipment rental companies in the Southeast.

Headquartered in Houma, Louisiana, RPM Services & Rentals has additional locations in Broussard and Baton Rouge, La. The majority of its revenue is derived from the region’s onshore commercial and construction markets; other revenue is directly related to the offshore oil & gas industry that includes skid-mounted air compressors and tools for painting, blasting, coating, and other maintenance functions. The company, founded in 2008 by Terry Gold, has approximately 30 employees. The acquisition will increase Hugg & Hall Equipment’s footprint to 15 stores and position the Company to capitalize on favorable industry and regional trends.
