branch, Michael has been working with Hugg & Hall since 2012. “Michael was a sure fit for an Outside Rental Sales position”, says General Manager Rental Sales Brian Robinson. “Through Michael’s years as Equipment Inspector and Yard Manger, it just made sense for him to move into his latest role at Hugg & Hall. He is a person of integrity and strong values. His customer service mindset is second to none, and in our business, this means everything and sets us apart from our competitors. He is a wonderful person to have on our team and we are dang glad to have him.”

How long have you been with Hugg & Hall?
I started in 2012 as an Equipment Inspector and am now an Outside Rental Salesman for the Conway location.
What does a day in the life of an Outside Rental Salesperson look like?
I start by reaching out to customers to ensure their equipment needs are being met and driving to area job sites to meet with potential customers.
What is the best part, or your favorite thing, about working for Hugg & Hall?
Building relationships and helping nonprofit groups.
Do you have a favorite memory of your time here at Hugg & Hall?
Making trusted friends out of customers.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Spend time with family and being outdoors.
What is an interesting or random fact about you people may not know?
I have a twin sister.
