Meet Peter Menard, Inside Rental Salesperson at our Broussard, LA branch!
Peter is a native Louisianan. He grew up in Erath, near Broussard, and now lives near Carencro. He’s stayed close to his roots to be near his family.
As an Inside Rental Salesperson, Peter is a customer service star! He’s been doing the job for almost two years.
On any given day, you can find Peter working hard to make sure his customers get what they need. He’s part of a great team of employees who all work together to make sure they get the job done.
“Primarily, my job is to make sure that all customers’ questions are answered. I spend a lot of time talking to our dispatcher, techs, yard coordinators, and other salespeople. I find out when equipment can be delivered, moved, fixed, or transferred.”
Peter’s favorite thing about working for Hugg & Hall is working in tandem with other employees.
“When a deal comes together, and everyone pulls together to make it happen, it’s a great feeling. It’s cool to be part of it, and to see all the moving pieces work together to get the job done.”
According to Connor Tujague, Rental Sales Manager, “Peter is a team player and is willing to help with anything asked of him. He always takes initiative and goes the extra mile to make sure the job gets done.
When we asked Peter for one word to describe himself, he said “persistent.” We wholeheartedly agree with that! Peter is a great addition to our team, and he always works hard until the job is done.
As a Louisiana native, Peter loves the food! “Everyone cooks well here, and everyone likes to feed you.” He says it’s a great day whenever someone cooks and brings something to work.
Outside of work, Peter spends most of his time with his wife and family. He loves to visit his extended family, and he enjoys watching movies and TV. He’s a big LSU Football fan.
